Learn the job

Always wanted to learn the skills of a strategy consultant? As an intern, you will receive formal training and intense senior coaching throughout your time at Bain. In addition, an associate consultant will be assigned as your 'buddy', for all the daily tips, tricks and questions.

 

Be part of a team

Of course, you will not have to tackle our client's challenges on your own. You will be part of a full IMACOX team, with daily intense interactions with the other team members – from other consultants to the partner on the case.

 

Work with the client

On the vast majority of our projects, we work at the client site. And as part of the team, so will you! As an consultant you will be exposed to and interact with our clients as of day one.

 

Go abroad

Wondering how the ways of working differ at multinationals in London, New York City, Toronto, Cairo, Abdjan, Dakar, Douala, Casablanca, Kinshasa, Johannesburg, or Luanda? Our projects often involve some travel – and you will get the possibility to travel with the team, from the occasional one week trips up to twelve weeks per year.

 

Work hard, play hard!

Friday night office drinks, celebration dinners with your case team, the Montreal office off-site, the IMACOX  World Soccer Cup or IMACOX NHL Stanley Cup … just some examples of the fun activities you'll be part of. Those will be the perfect occasions to unwind after an intense week on the project, and to get to know everyone in the office!
